A staple on our menu. There's so much more to our wood-fired pizzas than meets the eye (or mouth, should we say).

Perfection is in the making. The expertise, the skill and the time. The dough is where it begins. Crafted meticulously by our secret recipe, Esposito 75, the magic is all in the numbers.

48 hours - the time we take to slow prove every batch of dough we make at the Beech House. 

Ingredients, quantities, temperatures, it’s all down to a fine art. The finishing step may be quick, but don't be fooled. Keeping air in the dough and perfectly high heats in the wood-fired ovens, we create the perfect cornicione - a light risen crust with that irresistibly crispy base. Add in quality toppings, and your mouth is dancing with flavour and textures alike.
